Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCGBP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FCGBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Cyclin-B1, and PCNA. Each is linked with FCGBP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGBP-to-partner and partner-to-FCGBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by FCGBP-low versus FCGBP-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCGBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCGBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
