Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCGBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,660 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCGBP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Copper ion export, Internal peptidyl-lysine acetylation, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with FCGBP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGBP-to-partner and partner-to-FCGBP results are reported.
