FCGBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCGBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,180 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCGBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC134, RBFA, and GSR. Each is linked with FCGBP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGBP-to-partner and partner-to-FCGBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC134 grouped by FCGBP-low versus FCGBP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCGBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCGBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
