Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXW11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXW11 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher FBXW11 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXW11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and HNSC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, HNSC, and LSCC are the cancer types where FBXW11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
