FBXW11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXW11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,540 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXW11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1191, TTC1, and KDM3B. Each is linked with FBXW11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXW11-to-partner and partner-to-FBXW11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXW11 versus KIAA1191 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXW11→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXW11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
