FBXW11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXW11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,827 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXW11-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAF2, KIAA1191, and BOD1. Each is linked with FBXW11 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXW11-to-partner and partner-to-FBXW11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXW11 versus FAF2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXW11→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXW11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
