FBXW11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXW11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,388 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXW11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hippo signaling, Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Positive regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with FBXW11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXW11-to-partner and partner-to-FBXW11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of hippo signaling grouped by FBXW11-low versus FBXW11-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXW11→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXW11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
