FBXO9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,581 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMTR1, FKBP11, and MYDGF. Each is linked with FBXO9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO9-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO9 versus CMTR1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO9→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
