Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FBXO9 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher FBXO9 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and KIRC show a favorable association.

PAAD, ACC, and KIRC are the cancer types where FBXO9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
