Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,256 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS4XP16, PLIN3, and WAC-AS1. Each is linked with FBXO9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO9-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO9 versus RPS4XP16 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO9→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
