Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 815 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJA1P1, MIR599, and RNU6-1140P. Each is linked with FBXO5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO5-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GJA1P1 grouped by FBXO5-low versus FBXO5-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
