Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO43 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO43-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Paxillin, and AMPK_alpha. Each is linked with FBXO43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO43-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by FBXO43-low versus FBXO43-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO43→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
