Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO38 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO38-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ATM, and Ku80. Each is linked with FBXO38 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO38-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO38 results are reported.
