Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 857 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO27-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, CENPN, and TIPIN. Each is linked with FBXO27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO27-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ1 grouped by FBXO27-low versus FBXO27-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO27→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
