FBXL18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,344 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN2, FOXK1, and POLR1F. Each is linked with FBXL18 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL18-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL18 versus NSUN2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
