Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXL18 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FBXL18 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher FBXL18 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXL18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and KIRC show a favorable association.

CESC, BLCA, and ACC are the cancer types where FBXL18 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
