Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,691 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are PMS2, RALA, and RAC1. Each is linked with FBXL18 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL18-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL18 versus PMS2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
