FBXL18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXL18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,452 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAGLB, INTS1, and C7orf26. Each is linked with FBXL18 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL18-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL18 versus DAGLB in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
