FBXL18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXL18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,321 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDR1, TNRC6B, and SH3GL2. Each is linked with FBXL18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL18-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDR1 grouped by FBXL18-low versus FBXL18-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
