Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBRSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,033 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBRSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMTC3, LRRC74A, and UGT2A1. Each is linked with FBRSL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBRSL1-to-partner and partner-to-FBRSL1 results are reported.
