FBN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,354 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECHS1, ASF1B, and TYRP1. Each is linked with FBN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBN3-to-partner and partner-to-FBN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECHS1 grouped by FBN3-low versus FBN3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
