Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBLL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,452 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBLL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Box C/D sno(s)RNA metabolic process, Box C/D sno(s)RNA processing, and Box C/D sno(s)RNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with FBLL1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBLL1-to-partner and partner-to-FBLL1 results are reported.
