Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBLL1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FBLL1 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher FBLL1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBLL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and PAAD show a favorable association.

LIHC, KIRC, and CESC are the cancer types where FBLL1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
