FAXC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAXC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 953 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAXC-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEUROD6, RN7SL248P, and NUP210P2. Each is linked with FAXC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAXC-to-partner and partner-to-FAXC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEUROD6 grouped by FAXC-low versus FAXC-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAXC→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAXC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
