Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,860 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, LRP1, and TLN2. Each is linked with FAT3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAT3-to-partner and partner-to-FAT3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAT3 versus FERMT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
