FAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,799 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAIP, ENO1, and PRMT5. Each is linked with FAT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAT2-to-partner and partner-to-FAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAIP grouped by FAT2-low versus FAT2-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
