FASLG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FASLG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,929 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FASLG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP25, ARHGAP30, and PLEK. Each is linked with FASLG in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASLG-to-partner and partner-to-FASLG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FASLG versus ARHGAP25 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
