Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FASLG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FASLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC1A1, GLS, and PAX3. Each is linked with FASLG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASLG-to-partner and partner-to-FASLG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FASLG versus SLC1A1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
