The most reproducible FASLG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of metanephric nephron tubule epithelial cell differentiation, Positive regulation of fibroblast proliferation, and Epithelial cell proliferation. Each is linked with FASLG in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASLG-to-partner and partner-to-FASLG results are reported.
