Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FASLG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FASLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMCO5A, EPPIN, and HHLA1. Each is linked with FASLG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASLG-to-partner and partner-to-FASLG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMCO5A grouped by FASLG-low versus FASLG-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
