FARSA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FARSA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 914 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FARSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ57, DCPS, and LINC02696. Each is linked with FARSA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARSA-to-partner and partner-to-FARSA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ57 grouped by FARSA-low versus FARSA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FARSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→FARSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
