FANCE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FANCE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,981 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANCE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, MCM3, and MCM4. Each is linked with FANCE in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCE-to-partner and partner-to-FANCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FANCE versus MCM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FANCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→FANCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
