Across TCGA patient cohorts, FANCD2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,304 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANCD2P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centriole elongation, Positive regulation of centriole elongation, and DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity. Each is linked with FANCD2P2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCD2P2-to-partner and partner-to-FANCD2P2 results are reported.
