The most reproducible FANCD2OS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tcm and Memory B-cells. Each is linked with FANCD2OS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCD2OS-to-partner and partner-to-FANCD2OS results are reported.
