Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM90A25P RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FAM90A25P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher FAM90A25P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM90A25P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and PAAD show a favorable association.

LGG, BLCA, and THYM are the cancer types where FAM90A25P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
