Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM90A11P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,306 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM90A11P-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSSK4, CCT6P3, and STARD4-AS1. Each is linked with FAM90A11P in more than 14 cancer types.
