FAM90A11P

RNA — tumor vs normal
Tumor vs NormalRNABox plot · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM90A11P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of FAM90A11P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where FAM90A11P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types FAM90A11P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as LUSC and UCEC show the opposite, repressed pattern.

LUSC, UCEC, and STAD are the cancer types where FAM90A11P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.

RNA tumor vs normal associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. Fold-change is the tumor-versus-normal difference in FAM90A11P RNA (log2); positive values indicate higher expression in tumor. p-values are from the differential-expression test.
