Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM90A11P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FAM90A11P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher FAM90A11P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM90A11P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC show a favorable association.

CHOL, ACC, and SKCM are the cancer types where FAM90A11P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
