The most reproducible FAM90A11P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Non-motile cilium assembly, RNA localization, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay. Each is linked with FAM90A11P in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM90A11P-to-partner and partner-to-FAM90A11P results are reported.
