Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM86DP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,134 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM86DP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA, Protein localization to cilium, and Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with FAM86DP in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM86DP-to-partner and partner-to-FAM86DP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Maturation of SSU-rRNA grouped by FAM86DP-low versus FAM86DP-high in LAML.
