Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM83A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,024 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM83A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPP1, ALDH9A1, and WDR48. Each is linked with FAM83A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM83A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM83A results are reported.
