The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher FAM76A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM76A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, KIRC, and BLCA are the cancer types where FAM76A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
