Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM186B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,267 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM186B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and mRNA alternative polyadenylation. Each is linked with FAM186B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM186B-to-partner and partner-to-FAM186B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I grouped by FAM186B-low versus FAM186B-high in BONE.
