FAM13C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM13C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,379 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM13C-associated genes across cancer lineages are JMJD1C, BMPR2, and RAPGEF2. Each is linked with FAM13C in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM13C-to-partner and partner-to-FAM13C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM13C versus JMJD1C in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
