Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM13B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,174 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM13B-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFHD1, SESN2, and RSAD2. Each is linked with FAM13B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM13B-to-partner and partner-to-FAM13B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM13B versus EFHD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM13B→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM13B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
