FAM13A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM13A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 256 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVPR1B, EIF3L, and DEPDC5. Each is linked with FAM13A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM13A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVPR1B grouped by FAM13A-low versus FAM13A-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
