FAM120A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM120A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,165 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM120A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FUBP3, CORO2A, and PTAR1. Each is linked with FAM120A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM120A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM120A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM120A versus FUBP3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM120A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM120A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
