FAM120A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM120A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,506 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM120A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP15, FBXW2, and UBQLN1. Each is linked with FAM120A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM120A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM120A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM120A versus FKBP15 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM120A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM120A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
