Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAF1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,246 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAF1-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRNP40, RBBP5, and SF3B3. Each is linked with FAF1-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAF1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FAF1-AS1 results are reported.
