FADS2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FADS2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,830 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADS2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCG1, UBE4A, and VAV2. Each is linked with FADS2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADS2B-to-partner and partner-to-FADS2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FADS2B versus PLCG1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FADS2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→FADS2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
